WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer returns or refunds on Digital Downloads. Returns may be offered on Iron-On Transfers if defective upon receipt. 

DO YOU OFFER CUT FILES FOR SILHOUETTE?
Yes. Each zip file comes with a studio file that works specifically with Silhouette Studio software and is created using Silhouette Studio.

CAN DIGITAL DESIGNS BE RESOLD?
While we love to support small businesses, we don't allow the reselling of our digital designs. This is a big no. We're happy to allow you to create personal items AND items to physically sell in your small business. We just don't allow the selling of our actual files.

WHY CAN'T I DOWNLOAD MY DIGITAL FILES?
Simply put, technology sometimes fails us. While rare, there are times when a file may become corrupted and we will need to send you a new .zip file. We're happy to get these over to you with no hassle. Just let us know if you run into an issue uploading to your particular software and we will get you squared away!

ARE CUSTOM DESIGN REQUESTS ACCEPTED?
Yes we love custom design request and they are accepted upon request. There are no refunds on custom orders.

ARE RESELLING OF OUR IMAGES ALLOWED?
While we love to support small businesses, we don't allow the reselling of our digital designs. This is a big no. We're happy to allow you to create personal items AND items to physically sell in your small business. We just don't allow the selling of our actual files.
WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?
We are always available via Message and Email. However, we do ask that you allow up to 24 hours for a response. We often respond much sooner, but can, at times, be delayed up to 24 hours. For weekend questions, please allow up to 48 hours for a response as we reserve that time for family.
